The space: Unit Two at The Swell
A one-bedroom made for working from the coast.
Unit Two is a bright, single-level one-bedroom on the first floor of The Swell, on the same level as the shared patio, furnished and set up for stays of 31 nights or more. The living room has ocean views, a comfy sofa bed and a smart TV, and the dedicated desk has an ergonomic chair and 1,000 Mbps Wi-Fi for the workday.
The kitchen is fully stocked, with blue tile, open wood shelves, a stainless steel gas stove, a large sink and plenty of counter space, plus a pantry with extra appliances and storage. A bistro table by the window works for dinner or a change of scenery from the desk.
The bedroom has a Helix mattress, Parachute linens and blackout curtains, and the bathroom has a spa-style shower and a walk-in closet with a full-length mirror. The shared laundry room is on the same floor, off the alley side, and the shared hot tub, fire table and grill are just outside.

- The primary guest must be 25 or older and stay for the whole reservation. No third-party bookings, so please do not book on behalf of someone else. We may ask for a valid ID.

- Two parking passes for our private lot are included. Up to two more are available for $100 a month each, first come, first served.
- Cameras
- There are exterior security cameras covering the alley, the patio, the upstairs entrance and the parking lot.
- Cancellation
- The first month is nonrefundable once your stay is confirmed. After check-in, give 30 days of notice to get a refund for any remaining nights. Your lease has the full terms.
- Pricing
- Prices are set for a premium monthly stay and are firm, so we are not able to offer extra discounts.
