The space: Unit Three at The Swell
The upstairs one-bedroom with ocean views.
Unit Three is our sun-filled, second-floor one-bedroom at The Swell, furnished and set up for stays of 31 nights or more. The living room looks out to the ocean, and right outside your door on the second-floor walkway is your own outdoor spot with bar stools for watching the sunset.
The bedroom has a king bed with luxe linens, blackout blinds and a palm mural, and there is a desk for remote work. The kitchen is fully stocked, with a full-size fridge, new appliances, a gas range and a large pantry, and the sunny dining nook is where most mornings start.
It has real storage for a longer stay: under-bed drawers, hanging space, two dressers, a large vanity, a media console and a big kitchen pantry. The spa bathroom, 1,000 Mbps Wi-Fi and a memory foam sofa bed round it out, and the shared hot tub, fire table and grill are downstairs on the patio.

- Booking guest
- The primary guest must be 25 or older and stay for the whole reservation. No third-party bookings, so please do not book on behalf of someone else. We may ask for a valid ID.
- Parking
- Two parking passes for our private lot are included. Up to two more are available for $100 a month each, first come, first served.
- Cameras
- There are exterior security cameras covering the front gate, the side of the house, the alley and the parking lot.
- Cancellation
- The first month is nonrefundable once your stay is confirmed. After check-in, give 30 days of notice to get a refund for any remaining nights. Your lease has the full terms.

The Swell sits on a quiet street in downtown Oceanside, two blocks from the coffee shops and restaurants on Mission Avenue. The pier and The Strand are about a 15 to 20 minute walk, so the car can stay in the lot more often than not.
