Welcome to a one-of-a-kind family retreat designed for unforgettable summer vacations. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in coastal Carlsbad, this expansive private property offers rare space, privacy, and resort-style amenities — all thoughtfully set up for families with young children.

With a 3-bedroom main house, a fully detached 1-bedroom guest house, and an incredible fenced backyard packed with kid-friendly features, this home allows parents to truly relax while kids play all day.

The home is stocked with kids’ books for all ages, magnetic tiles, Legos, marble run, games, puzzles, balls, and a chalkboard. Outdoor fun includes giant Connect 4, “floor is lava” stepping stones, a Toniebox music player, and a fully netted Springfree trampoline with sun roof — plenty to keep kids entertained indoors and out.

All of the beds are decked out with eco-luxury mattresses, linens, and pillows. We know you will get the BEST night of sleep.

“We stayed here for our first family reunion post-covid. It was a great spot for our 3 families with children to really have some downtime together. The outdoor facilities were amazing! The pool was just what our kids (age 7-13) needed and the hot tub and fire pit were enjoyed by all! It was so peaceful and quiet and really just and amazing place for us to stay. Located in Carlsbad it also served our needs as being close to the beach (10 minute drive) AND close to Legoland which was a must for our families. Would definitely recommend, this house is very nice. Very comfortable, well decorated & great facilities. Also has gym equipment and a peloton bike that I didn’t see on the listing which was a great surprise. Back garden is wonderful with outdoor living, very nice pool & out door bbq area. Worth noting if you have younger kids there are also tons of toys, books, games as well as kiddo plates, glasses, etc. Carlsbad itself is a fantastic part of the world with great restaurants and real seaside town feel to it. “Pristine Poolside Paradise Retreat was fabulous for our family. We had two adults, and two young children coming from Virginia, and an adult and two young children from San Diego - and Grandma who brought the whole group together! The house was beautiful and looked like it was professionally decorated. The separate casita was a plus (grandma loved it, and it was so conenient to use the bathroom when enjoying the outdoor amenities). The backyard was like we were at a resort - with both kids and adults in mind. The pool, hot tub, BBQ and sitting area overlooking the pool were used constantly. The trampoline was a hit, as was the swingset and other outdoor toys. The house was close to the beach and Legoland. I would highly recommend this rental!!” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
