Very nice place, near the beach. Especially nice was that the place comes with bikes, beach blanket, and other beach gear. The outdoor seating areas were nice and comfy. We really liked it here and would stay again.

Aubrey was the perfect Hostess...the amenities, accomodations, cleanliness, dog-friendliness and property and area descriptions were exactly what I was looking for! I'll be back!

Was in town for a pickleball tournament for my son. Home is very close to Barnes Tennis center. We enjoyed taking walks and the dog park is very close. Bars and places to eat were very cool. Fun vibe. House was comfy. We would come back again for sure!

This was probably one of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed at. Would highly recommend to anyone looking. Aubrey did a phenomenal job. It was decorated very well. Amazing aesthetic and finishes throughout the entire property. Everything was clean. I find this to be very rare but everything was SO COMFY! Comfortable bed, pillow, couch everything. The deck at the top was amazing to sit at and hangout on, such an amazing vibe. Place was great and Aubrey was a great communicator and very helpful. I seriously LOVED this place.

The house is nicely decorated, in a great location, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The mattress was so comfortable, and the outdoor spaces were really lovely to enjoy the San Diego weather.

Aubrey’s home provided a great stay for our family of 3 and we loved having our dog there with us. The doggy door was super convenient. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and was well stocked with all you’d need for a great vacation. We very much enjoyed the beautiful back patio and enjoyed a dinner on the 2nd floor deck. The house was in a great location for us to visit Ocean Beach, the OB dog beach and Seaworld.

We had an amazing stay at Aubrey's home. We felt so comfortable in her space. The home is beautifully decorated and you can tell that every single space was thoughtfully designed for the sole comfort and enjoyment of her guest. The home is very clean, spacious and very modern. The kitchen had everything you needed for all your cooking needs. The neighborhood is so close to restaurants, groceries and the beach. We particularly loved the little park few feet from the house for our dog. Aubrey was a delight to communicate with and very responsive. We will definitely stay at one of her rentals again if available next time we are in SD because of all the amazing touches she puts into her homes and we would highly recommend.

Clean and well supplied home for out 3 night/3 day stay, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay at Aubrey’s place! The set up was perfect for 4 of us visiting for a girls tennis trip. The house is private and has lots of useable outdoor space with quality furnishings to soak up the beautiful San Diego weather. We found the kitchen to be fully stocked and beds were super comfy! We used the sauna daily and biked and walked into Ocean Beach. Would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Aubrey's home was phenomenal. It's was the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed in. Her home was easy to find and very comfortable with lots of amenities that made the stay cozy. Her instruction and recommendations folder made check in and check out a breeze. She gives an amazing amount of info on things to do in the area and restaurants or local coffee shops to visit. Aubrey was super quick to respond to any questions we had and was always professional and friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave! Everything was very clean and the place is well cared for. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved that we had control over the A/C setting. We loved the outdoor area in back and spent almost every evening sitting around the fire pit before bed. We took advantage of the beach gear provided in the shed and had some relaxing days at the beach. Aubrey was very kind and helpful if we had a question on something. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice Airbnb for a small group. The place was spacious, clean and super comfortable. All the living areas, inside as well as outside patios and decks were very comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our time and would stay there again.

Beautiful cozy immaculate home. The espresso machine was a major source of joy every morning! The beds were comfy, clean. Modern kitchen appliances and ... toilet (you'll see what I mean). Super clean. Very thoughtfully designed, faux plants decor and textures were beyond impressive. Dog friendly, nice that dog bowls were out and ready to go, a small grassy park up the street for walks. We had toddlers in tow, so the only tip I would offer families w/ lil ones would be to bring some of your own essentials to make life lil easier like lil cups, bowls, snack containers. There is a baby gate for the stairs if needed.

Aubrey's airbnb was PERFECT. The description/photos are 100% accurate which demonstrates how immaculate this home is. It's located in a very quiet & peaceful neighborhood. The location is great for accessing all of the SD area within minutes. Parking is no issue & there is a private driveway. Upon entering, the house was spotless & furnished beautifully. The AC was on so we were greeted with a very comfortable home. As other reviews pointed out, there is an amazing Toto toilet with bidet+cleaner. It was my first time ever using one of these life changing devices & now I know I have to get one for myself. The kitchen is immaculate & well-stocked with essentials to cook if you desire. The beds were super comfy. The bathrooms/showers were well-stocked & beautiful. The washer & dryer worked perfectly as did the outdoor sauna. The outside patio & yard were great to hangout in. WiFi was a great 200 mbps. Aubrey was an amazing & responsive host. I will stick with this airbnb for my SD trips!

Lovely stay here. Looks just as great as the pictures! Host is very responsive and gives great local recommendations for food, beaches, etc. Beach equipment provided is great to take to nearby beaches and the fire pit in the backyard is great for s’mores making at night! Overall really great experience here, would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Aubrey's place. The home is exactly like the photos in the listing. It is thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location too. Downtown, Mission beach, La Jolla were all within 15-20 mins of driving distance. Lots of restaurants at a walking distance. Aubrey also provided some great local recommendations.

Aubrey's home is modern but cozy with all the amenities we needed for our week long stay. The home was clean, well furnished and in great taste. Aubrey was very responsive, never skipped a beat whenever we had questions. Her instructions were also spot on and unlike many other hosts, didn't leave a 50 step cleaning regiment for us to follow when we checked out. The home is In a quiet and friendly neighborhood, just a short walk to a local park, a nature preserve, great restaurants, an organic/health grocery store, a 5 minute drive to the main street on Ocean Beach and within about 10-15 minutes to multiple other locations like Little Italy, Pacific Beach, Liberty Market, and more. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The house is really special and Aubrey thought of every detail to make us feel at peace and at home. We loved everything about our stay - the decor, sauna, gorgeous and inviting outdoor spaces - even a quiet work space for a couple days of heads down remote work. The location / neighborhood was so sweet. Walking distance to everything, delicious coffee and dinning - it was quiet and relaxing and welcoming. Can’t wait for our next visit!!

Place was exactly as advertised. Its super comfortable and well equipped, and we slept well on the nice master bed. Host is very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again when in the area.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Aubrey’s OB property. It was even better than described! It is beautiful, modern, and completely spotless. The location is wonderful and easy to get in and out of both with easy driveway parking. My senior dog and I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood the short distance to the dog beach and local parks. I also loved using the sauna on a (rare!) rainy San Diego day. I would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. My only note to anyone else traveling with dogs is that the steps to the upstairs level are hardwood & if you have booties or grippy socks for them, it might help to bring along :) Certainly wouldn’t deter us from staying again! Aubrey’s house was exactly what the pictures portrayed! They had everything we needed for our baby, too which was such a bonus. The house was beautiful, well kept, and spotless. We were all very impressed with the house and experience as a whole. The house was a great distance from everything including the zoo, downtown, and the beach. I don’t think it took us more than 15 minutes to get anywhere we went. Checkout was a breeze, they did not require a lot like some places do. Aubrey was also very quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend staying here!

The host provided a smooth check in process, clear communication, and comfortable accommodations. The house was super cute and a nice size for this area. The gardens and outside seating areas were well designed, complete with daily hummingbird visits. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

First time in San Diego and our experience was AMAZING all due to this fantastic home base. Worth every penny! The host Aubrey was a dream to communicate with. The home was spotless and even more beautiful in person. The bedrooms being on different floors was a huge plus as it was myself and two 9 year olds. I loved escaping to my private retreat upstairs :). The Sauna was perfect. luxury toilet..who knew I needed that in my life :). The weather was rainy and cold so we didn't get to use outdoor amenities as much, but for the one day we did, it was peaceful heaven. Sad there wasn't a microwave because that would've been helpful to easily heat up the kids food, but they survived. Lots of towels and amenities. I HIGHLY recommend Aubreys place:)

We had a great stay at Aubrey's home in San Diego. The location was very central for all of our excursions, house was well stocked and clean, and beds were comfortable. Our daughters loved the bunk beds! Aubrey was very communicative and helpful, checking in to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely recommend it for a San Diego stay.

We walked into the home and both my husband and I audibly said, "wow". We stay in Airbnbs often and this is by far our FAVORITE spot. It is so worth it and especially worth it if you're looking for a getaway where you know you'll be spending time in the home! We didn't want to leave the house! lol!

The place is super spacious, so cozy and welcoming and has everything you would need -- from kitchen supplies, laundry, shower essentials, and even blankets for the couch (which we never seem to have at airbnbs!)

We are already planning our next stay at Aubrey's home and can't wait to come back.

This home is beautiful and cozy! Love the decor! It was the perfect size for my family of 6 and our dog. I love that a dog bed was provided as well as dog bowls! There were also fresh flowers in the kitchen and fresh fruits! Everything that we needed, they had. The neighborhood seemed very chill and quiet. Aubrey was an awesome host! We went to San Diego for a relaxing getaway. Staying at Aubrey’s place gave us exactly that. She made everything so simple, from checking in to checking out. The entire process was a zero stress experience.

The house is absolutely darling! It is boho chic with a very peaceful indoor/outdoor vibe. The beds were so comfortable. There was plenty of spaces to retreat to when you wanted a little alone time and yet there was plenty of spaces to come together. It was the perfect place to stay at during our 4 days in San Diego.

Aubrey is friendly, has great local recommendations, and has made a beautiful retreat full of great amenities. We loved all the beach equipment in the shed.

Absolutly amazing spot with a host to match! Home is spcious and comfortable and just as described in the listing. Location is perfect for Beach goers and dog owners! Great for those who enjoys small walks to cafes and other spots in Ocean Beach. Most places are dog friendly, which is awesome. The Home has its own parking spot/car port, which is nice to not street park (though not difficult to street park). Host provides thorough instructions for check in and out, but also for amenities within the house which I found helpful (i.e sauna, how to fix alexa, how to use TVs, how to find Manuals via QR codes). There are also great recommendations in a book inside the house. the wife and I tried a few of them, and they were great!

Definitely would consider returning when we return to SD/OB Area!

We had a very pleasant weekend staying at this property. The entire house is nicely decorated and just like the pictures. Aubrey has been nothing but patient and friendly with all my questions. Location was pretty convenient too, easy to get around.

5 stars all around!! Aubrey’s place exceeded expectations!

Accommodations - It was the perfect space for my family (2 adults, 1 toddler, 1 dog). It has a nice layout with 1 bedroom and full bath downstairs & an additional bedroom and full bath upstairs plus 3 different outdoor living spaces. The space was impeccably clean and so well decorated. I appreciated the pack & play and high chair for my little one, and the 2 dog beds for my pup!

Location - Central location allowed us to easily get to the San Diego Zoo, Coronado, and other nearby attractions within less than 20 minutes driving. We appreciated being in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and the dog beach. There was also a cute community park a stone’s throw away, where our pup enjoyed socializing with other dogs.

Communication - Aubrey was always prompt to respond! She also graciously accommodated our early checkin and late checkout requests to work around our daughter’s nap schedule, which was much appreciated!

This was THE nicest AirB&B we have stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, had all amenities inside (THREE different coffee machines) and outside too, was walkable to eateries and the host was very responsive.

Aubrey’s house was very clean, beautifully updated and cozy. It had everything we needed including a nice welcome book with recommendations for local restaurants, bars and other activities. My family and I had a great time enjoying each other’s company.

This is a unique gem of a spot. Unique in location especially, as it has a classic OB feel combined the luxury of upscale Point Loma. The interior was immaculate, spotless, and fully equipped.

Very beautiful home. Everything in it was new and clean. Bed was very comfortable. I think this is the best house we have ever rented. Very over the top.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was nice and cozy and had everything you could need! The patio spaces were nice to drink wine on at night since we had an infant with us who went to bed early. They provided a crib and high chair which made traveling a lot smoother. I love the clean products that were provided and the recommendations for local food!!

Looked exactly like the pictures and had plenty of added touches that made it well worth the stay! The place has fully stocked pots and pans, spices, towels, sound machines, etc. which really elevated the experience.

This OB gem was a perfect getaway! One of the fewer rentals in OB that has adequate space and is ACTUALLY pet friendly. Most places say they welcome pets but the rules make it virtually impossible to comfortably be there but not here! Not to mention the sauna, fire pit, and every beach amenity you could possibly need. Our new favorite OB spot! Can’t wait to come back.

The home is welcoming and it is obvious that a lot of thought went into making it a warm and comfortable space. There are three patios, nice linens, and everything we needed for a day at the beach. There is a native plant garden behind the park near the house that was fun to explore with our pup. It is the most dog friendly place we’ve ever stayed at in San Diego.

Wonderful host - incredibly responsive prior to our visit and once we checked in. The house is in a great central location and makes everything in San Diego an easy drive. The house is far enough up the hill that street parking is not an issue like on nearby streets. We visited during an unusually rainy time so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor space but the home has multiple beautiful patios. The host dropped off a toaster so we could make our daughter waffles!

Very well appointed place! And very accommodating for our son’s dog. The neighborhood felt eclectic and safe. We would come again for sure.

Great spot, all the little things you need to complete your stay. Nice park near by for the short dog walks, not far from dog beach and a larger dog park as well. Walkable to the beach, easy bike ride to the beach.
