What we love most is that everyone can be together, just two blocks from the beach, while still retreating to their own space at the end of the day. Seaside Square is steps away from the best food and coffee in all of San Diego. You will find the best burger’s in all of San Diego at Rosemaries, which is on the same block. The best poke we have found in San Diego is at It’s Raw Poke, just 2 blocks away. So many amazing coffee options just steps away like, Ultreya Coffee and Tea, Vilis Health Bar, and OB Beans. It is a dream location!

The first private townhome includes 2 bedrooms and additional sleeping space with a pull-out couch, creating a flexible and comfortable retreat. Each bedroom features a queen bed, and the home is complemented by two private balconies, perfect for enjoying a bit of quiet while still being just steps from great restaurants, shops and the beach.

Mirroring the first townhome, this next space offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds plus a pull-out couch, making it ideal for families or couples traveling together. With two private balconies and its own living space, it provides the perfect balance of connection and privacy within the compound.

Lastly but still just as special is the detached studio - a private, self-contained space with a queen bed and pull-out couch, ideal for 1–2 guests or anyone wanting a bit of extra separation. Just steps from the main areas, it offers both comfort and privacy while still feeling connected to the overall experience.
