The West Cove has an assigned garage in the alley. Park in Garage #3, accessed from the alley behind the property. Each garage holds up to 2 cars in tandem — please note it can be tight for larger vehicles.
🗺️ Step-by-Step Arrival
The West Cove is at 4855 Narragansett Ave, Unit B. It is a townhome located above the alley garage. Access is from the alley behind the property.
Enter the alley and pull into Garage #3 — refer to the photo above for reference. Use the garage code sent to you 24 hours before arrival.
Once inside the garage, take a left and walk up the steps. Your door code works for both the front door and the garage access door — it will be sent to you 24 hours before arrival.
The West Cove has its own private all-in-one washer/dryer located in the closet next to the kitchen. The beach shed is located off the courtyard next to the palm trees, stocked with beach gear free for your use during your stay!

House Rules
- No parties, events, or large gatherings. This property is for registered guests only.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.
- No smoking anywhere on the property (inside or outside). $700 fine for smoking inside.
- No illegal activity of any kind.
- Tampering with or covering exterior security cameras is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. Valid identification may be requested.
Check-Out
✅ Before You Leave
No need to strip or remake the beds — just leave them as is.
Leave all used towels on the bathroom floor.
Do a thorough sweep of all rooms, closets, and drawers before you leave. A $50 surcharge plus shipping costs will be charged for any items that need to be returned.
Please make sure the garage door opener is hanging back on the hook next to the door before you leave.
