The Villa is at 4851 Narragansett Ave. Walk up to the front door — it's the charming green house with the red door facing the street.
The driveway is private to The Villa and holds up to 3 cars. Enter from Narragansett Ave on the right side of the house.
Use the front door code sent to you 24 hours before arrival.
The Villa has its own private washer/dryer located outside on the side of the house, next to the beach shed. The beach shed is located off the courtyard next to the palm trees — stocked with beach gear free for your use during your stay!

House Rules
- No parties, events, or large gatherings. This property is for registered guests only.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.
- No smoking anywhere on the property (inside or outside). $700 fine for smoking inside.
- No illegal activity of any kind.
- Tampering with or covering exterior security cameras is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. Valid identification may be requested.

No need to strip or remake the beds — just leave them as is.
Leave all used towels on the bathroom floor.
Do a thorough sweep of all rooms, closets, and drawers before you leave. A $50 surcharge plus shipping costs will be charged for any items that need to be returned.
