The Sandbar has an assigned garage in the alley. Park in Garage #4, accessed from the alley behind the property. Each garage holds up to 2 cars in tandem — please note it can be tight for larger vehicles.
🗺️ Step-by-Step Arrival
The Sandbar is at 4853 Narragansett Ave. The studio is a detached unit located between the front house and the garages, right off the back patio. Access is from the alley behind the property.
Enter the alley and pull into Garage #4 — the leftmost garage door shown in the photo above. Use the garage code sent to you 24 hours before arrival.
Once inside the garage, look for a wood gate on your left. Enter through the gate — the front door to the studio is right there.

The laundry room is shared between all 4 units — detergent is provided and the laundry code will be included with your arrival codes. The beach shed is located off the courtyard next to the palm trees — stocked with beach gear free for your use during your stay!

House Rules
- No parties, events, or large gatherings. This property is for registered guests only.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.
- No smoking anywhere on the property (inside or outside). $700 fine for smoking inside.
- No illegal activity of any kind.
- Tampering with or covering exterior security cameras is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. Valid identification may be requested.
Check-Out
✅ Before You Leave
No need to strip or remake the beds — just leave them as is.
Leave all used towels on the bathroom floor.
Do a thorough sweep of all rooms, closets, and drawers before you leave. A $50 surcharge plus shipping costs will be charged for any items that need to be returned.
Please make sure the garage door opener is hanging back on the hook next to the door before you leave.
