Pick up any toys, games, or items left throughout the house and backyard and return them to their designated spots.
Make sure all gas for fireplaces and the grill is turned off.
Make sure the hot tub is turned off.
Do a thorough sweep for all personal belongings. Note: if anything needs to be shipped back, a $50 surcharge fee applies on top of shipping costs.
Leave all dirty towels on the bathroom floor.
Lock all windows and doors before you leave.

Workout at your own risk
Workout at your own risk. No liability assumed for injuries.
No children or pets allowed in the gym at any time.
Be careful with free weights — always use a spotter when lifting heavy and return weights to their designated spots after use.
Leave the sauna door open for at least 1 hour after use to air it out.
Wipe down all equipment with the provided wipes after use.
Please wear athletic shoes at all times — no bare feet on equipment.
Be mindful of noise — especially during quiet hours (9 PM – 8 AM).
Stay hydrated — please use a water bottle and avoid bringing glass into the gym.
Turn off all equipment and lights when you are done.

Quiet Hours — Strictly Enforced
Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM. No music outside after 9 PM. This is a strict neighborhood ordinance.
No Parties or Events
No parties or events without the host's written permission.
No Smoking
No smoking of any kind inside or anywhere on the property.
No Garage Access
No garage access. No access to anything locked or marked with a green sticker.
Excess Cleaning Fee
An excess cleaning fee will be charged when cleaning is beyond normal wear. Please take great care of this beautiful space.
Occupancy Limit
You agree to honor the reservation occupancy limit at all times.
Security Cameras
The exterior of the property has security cameras for the safety and security of our guests and home. There are no cameras inside the house or casita. Security cameras must not be tampered with or covered under any circumstances — doing so will result in immediate eviction.
⚠️ Good Neighbor Policy — City Noise Ordinance
Please read carefully
Keep noise levels to a minimum between 9 PM and 8 AM in compliance with the strict neighborhood quiet hours. If we receive complaints from police or neighbors, you may forfeit the full deposit and may be subject to immediate accelerated eviction.
The City strictly enforces all ordinances relating to occupancy, noise, minimum age requirements, and parking. You agree to honor the reservation occupancy limit and to conduct yourselves in a respectful manner by refraining from loud outdoor noise, parties, and over-occupancy.
ACCELERATED EVICTION: Any loud or large party, any complaint from the police, or any violation of this policy may result — at the owner's sole discretion — in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rents, fees, and taxes already paid, plus the entire deposit, and costs for any additional damages.
Guests named on the reservation will be held personally responsible for any fines issued directly by the city or police.
